Garboldisham, who are the 2015 winners of the Breckland six-a-side indoor league, were sadly dismissed at the semi final stage of the 2016 finals last night (3 January 2016) in their game against Bradenham Bears which they lost by 52 runs. Bradenham went on to win the final against Old Buckenham by just one run.

Here’s Garby captain Rob Fuller’s summary of the evening:

Garby lost to Bradenham in the semi final. Pretty poor performance by us to be honest. Bowling wasn’t great apart from a couple of overs. Batting started very slowly, picked up a little bit for next few overs. Middle overs we scored at a steady rate but lost a couple of wickets. Fuller and Batesy had a bit too much to do in the last four overs and lost 5 wickets in their overs. Bradenham were the deserved winners.
